Official guidance is scattered across multiple GOV.UK pages, practice guides and statutory instruments. This site brings everything together in one place, written in plain English for people who are not conveyancers.
Every form on this site is the current version published by HM Land Registry. Forms are hosted directly on our server so you can download them instantly without navigating away to GOV.UK. We check for updates regularly and replace outdated versions as soon as new ones are published.
